Not significant: One of them is in the normal range and the other one is not significantly elevated. Just generally speaking there's nothing to be done. For good measure follow up with your PCP and let them know about it- they will choose if they want to follow it at all.

See your doctor: Mild elevation of liver enzymes ( ast and alt) may be due to various causes. Among the most common is fatty infiltration of the liver, seen in significantly overweight people, especially if they have Diabetes Mellitus.
