Moderation: Working out on a daily basis can be beneficial to your health. The benefits are: better energy level, improve your mood, control your weight, improve your sleep and libido. However, performing wrong exercises or overexercising can result in burnout and harm. If you're newbie, consider hiring a personal trainer. He can assess your fitness level and tailor a customized workout regiment for you.
