Save your money!: A person should want to gain muscle not fat! Fat kills! To gain muscle you have to do resistance training several hours a day, 5-6 days a week for many months and years. If we could make muscle by eating only, then there would not be an obesity epidemic there would be an epidemic of champion bodybuilders! Supplements have risks and are of no proven help. Eat and train properly.
