Family hx ht dz: It would help to know what your BP was, exactly. However, it sounds like you currently have no symptoms, and at your relatively young age, you are eager to stay heart healthy! Good for you! Work with your doc on healthful trailered diet and exercise plans. Cut back salt. Make these a way of life. See if that BP comes down or if your doc thinks you need meds right away :) keep it up!!
