Penis size too small: Penises vary greatly in size. In particular when they are flaccid -- though size varies a great deal in the erect penis as well. The vagina is built to accommodate various penis sizes and it should not be assumed that because you feel your penis is on the smaller side, it would not satisfy a woman. Remember, the vagina is very flexible and meant to "work" with many penis sizes. Enjoy marriage!

Be an attentive lover and find out what satisfies your wife. There are no medicine that will give you a larger penis.

You're good: 3.0" or more will satisfy most women. The average guy is a little over 5" hard. A shorter guy gets harder and has better ability to stimulate her best nerve endings which are in the front. You're at a great age for getting muscled up and trimmed, and if you know how to use your mouth and your hands to make her happy, I don't think you'll get any complaints.
