What do you suggest if my niece who is one year and three months has had a fever for 3 days?

See her doctor.: Your niece should be seen by her doctor. The doctor will examine her and may be able to tell what is wrong by that exam. If not, they may order some lab tests to help with the diagnosis. Your niece should also drink extra fluids, rest and take a fever reducer (acetaminophen or ibuprofen) if she is uncomfortable from the fever.
