Eat Healthy: If you eat 3 square meals of balanced diet daily you will not need supplements like protein shakes etc. There is ample amount of protein in Milk, meats, fish, eggs and Nuts. If you have anyone or more of these foods daily, you will do fine. Of course keep yourself fit by exercise daily and maintain a healthy weight.
