Light exercise ok: eating results in an increase in the blood flow into the stomach and intestines. This reduces the amount available to the muscles. So light exercise is ok. Heavy exercise requires more circulation to the muscles. It's like trying to run a 6 cylinder car using 4 cyclinder. This would not aa healthy 20 year old but could be dangerous for someone with health issues.
