See below: Weird/fad diets are not generally a good idea. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco in any form and do not take any more than one drink on a given day.

Not a good choice: If you are not diabetic and do not exercise, almaseed is reasonably safe. However, reports are that it tastes terrible. The problem with diets that taste terrible is that when you stop it, you will go back on your regular diet and gain back all of the weight. Try weight watchers. It's not as fast, but it keeps you on a palatable diet that you can continue after reaching your baseline weight.

Best to: Do a balanced diet, moderating portions and exercising 1/2 to 1 hour a day. These fad diets may initially work but when you go back to old diet weight comes back on.
