Healthier to wait: It depends on what you mean by ok. It won't kill you but is far from optimal timing. After we eat a significant portion of our blood is shunted to the GI tract to support digestion. If you do cardio exercise at that time that blood will have to move to your muscles, impairing the process of digestion.Basically you can't properly digest food ; exert yourself at the same time. Far healthier to wait!
