Anxiety: Talking therapy ranks really high. Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends & stay active.

Finding a plan: It's a good idea to know what our stressors are - what sorts of things tend to stress you out? There are certain stressors that we can eliminate by choosing not to participate or not to overextend ourselves. For the unavoidable situations, creating a plan for how you will cope can be helpful. Seeking support from friends, family, and a therapist can also be extremely helpful.
