If : If you are experiencing anxiety to the point of effecting your work and the enjoyment of your daily life, you should seek care. Give your doctor a call to discuss your problems. They may have some suggestions or be able to recommend a psychiatrist or psychologist who can help you work through this anxiety. Take care!

Your : Your symptoms are certainly typical for someone who's suffering from panic attacks. However, it's also important to rule out any medical problems that might be contributing to your situation, such as hyperthyroidism.
