Therapy: There are lots of therapies where you work with a therapist one on one without medication. Sometimes they come to your house. Sometimes it's online. There's alot done with virtual reality programs as well nowadays for agoraphobia. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a classic. A combination of these where you practice AND work through underlying issues is usually best. Tell them upfront u want no meds
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
