Experience: Just because you don't see anything doesn't mean there isn't a problem. You may have a major cavity between the teeth, or the tooth may have a crack. You will need to make an appointment with a local dentist. This will not go away and will get worse before you know...

See your dentist: There are many and various dental problems which could cause a terrible toothache. I can appreciate your concerned about your dental health, but finding a proper diagnosis and treatment may be the answer to your worries. Rec.: see your dentist for examination, x-rays and treatment.
