Healthy Life style: Mediterranean diet high in fruits, veggies whole grains, olive oil, nuts. fish and occasional small portions of lean meats, preferably white meat poultry, exercise 30 min daily, do not smoke, limit alcohol, get 6-8 hours of sleep, wear seat belts, helmets on bikes, make sure smoke alarms work, floss daily. Avoid sugar and "processed food" practice SAFE SEX, No recreational drugs
