Both Diets can include Quinoa, Whole grain bread, Beans, Lentils, Soy Bean preparations like Tofu, Edemame, Soy milk, Almond milk, Rice milk, Brown Rice Nuts, Vegetables, Fruits and Berries. Vegetarian Diet includes Dairy-milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream whereas Vegan Diet does not have dairy. Health is Wealth.
