Sounds like you need: To experiment with different foods. There are so many healthy foods out there. Maybe you just haven't found the type/class that seem to best satiate your appetite. It's a bit more difficult to better direct you without knowing what you have tried so far. Think along the lines of foods like legumes(lentils, beans, etc) or whole grains like quinoa/buckwheat groats.
