It is a good diet which you can do on your own as well. What you would have to eat is low dairy fat, low-fat animal protein, fish, plenty of fiber with fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I typically recommend also low gluten in a diet. Basically, it is just eating healthy, buying fresh food and not processed or packaged food and always low fat with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
