Too few calories: too few calories or restriction to a limited number of food choices is unbalanced, since we need calories and nutrients to repair tissue, make new cells and fight off infections and toxins. Try to eat from as many of the food groups as possible to have a well balanced diet with nutrients that different foods provide to optimize your health

Fast food.: An over abundance in the consumption of fast foods is an example of the idea of an unbalanced diet. Too many carbs, too much fat, salt, preservatives and not enough roughage. It's all about balance of protein, , carbs and fat in moderation and an abundance of vegetables.
