Tailbone pain.: Tailbone pain at only 8 weeks would be a little unusual. However, if you have a retroverted (tilted backwards) uterus, it may be pushing on the tailbone as it start to grow. If it doesn't get better, though, you will need to see your OB and make sure you don't have a trapped uterus. It is rare and usually doesn't present until about 16 weeks.
