Poss: cauda equina: Your symptoms are worrisome for critical spinal stenosis and possibly features of cauda equina syndrome and require immediate evaluation with imaging tests. There is no "L7" vertebra, but you probably had L5 pars fractures as a child, and a spondylolisthetic slippage is causing these problems. Look up spondylolysis with spondylolisthesis.
