Advanced CaP: It sounds like you have developed metastatic, castrate resistant prostate cancer (where depriving the cancer of testosterone is no longer effective). Fortunately, in the past 4 years, there have been multiple treatments approved by the FDA for this condition. They include Provenge, Zytiga, (abiraterone acetate) XTANDI, Zofigo, docetaxol and Jevtana. Speak to your physician ASAP about what Tx may be right for you.
