Consider IC: Is the pressure you feel relieved after urinating? It's possible this could be painful bladder syndrome or interstitial cystitis, which is an inflammation of the bladder. It is often diagnosed when no other cause of your symptoms is found. You may need to see a urologist for some testing to figure out the exact diagnosis and form a treatment plan if it does not improve soon.

Not sure: What doctor was treating with negative Urine culture. But I would see a urologist if still having symptoms. Might be an anatomical problem
