Recently lost virginity & got a uti & bv. after cipro (ciprofloxacin) & metronidazole, still have sporadic sensation of urgency near tip of urethra. what could it be?

Vaginal exam will rule out vaginitis and possibly reveal source or cause of symptom(s). If any possibility of std, test for chlamydia/gc. Irritation could be related to sensitivity to cindoms, spermicidals, lubricants, soaps or any other chemicals that may be coming in contact.
