Exercise is great: Exercise and weight loss are a perfect treatment for PCOS. Keep it up. There is a myth that running is harmful to a woman's insides but that just isn't true. Running is a wonderful exercise for women. If you are training for a marathon or iron-man, you might stop menstruating for awhile or have irregular menses but this won't cause you any harm. Keep it up!
