Cramping normal: Cramping is normal on Progesterone, particularly if your periods were very irregular before starting this medication. You should have less pain as you continue the Progesterone cycles, but let your Physician know you are having problems if you are not improving in 2 more cycles. If you are trying to get pregnant, or if you are sexually active and not using protection, let your physician know.

Natural Progesterone: Make sure that you are using bio-identical progesterone at 20 mg from day 14 to 28. The cramping should subside next cycle. If not, have a GYN evaluation to rule out cervical stenosis (narrowing), that may interfere with blood evacuation. Also, reduce your carb intake drastically, to address the PCOS.
