Sore knee: For starters you need ti have pain relief with NSAIDS OR PARACETMOLE. Then the question is that why are you having a sore knee. if it is related to an injury you may need Xray. if it is infection you may need antibiotics. if it is none of the above then other possibilities of ligament injuries or early onset arthritis ETC NEED TO BE CONSIDERED. See your doctor to explore the possibilities.
