At least in our laboratories those values for ALT & ALT are normal and liver disease would not be suggested. Abstinence from alcohol is certainly a good idea. A dietician or nutritionist would be helpful in treating your prediabetes and in reaching your ideal weight in a healthy manner.

You liver enzymes are not meaningfully elevated. With continued weight loss you will also lose the fat in the liver cells and the enzyme levels may come down further. Losing weight and exercising 30 minutes a day could prevent the progression of pre-diabetes as well. Wish you good health!
