Canker sores?: If you mean canker sores or apthous ulcers, your doctor can prescribe anti-inflammatory ointments like Kenalog (triamcinolone) or Aphthasol. You can also suck on DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) tablets, or apply the powder as a paste directly on the ulcers. This may help you mouth lining heal. A 100mg B Complex vitamin may help. Slippery Elm lozenges may be useful too.
