Are stress ulcers a real thing? i dont understand how being stressed out could cause a mucosal break. how can emotions cause that to happen?

H-pylori bacterial: infection is the cause of ulcers. Having said that, stress can may any physical or psychological condition worse. Please get treatment / support for both. Peace and good health.
