Yes: Ulcers in the twenties are common. It could be an infection, stress, genetic vulnerability, food, other illness, and so on. Go to your family physician and get a basic, thorough evaluation. If no other serious condition is found, a trial of antacids may very well clear this up. Some ulcers are bacterial in origin, and a regimen of antibiotics for a few weeks may clear that up.
