Couple of things: Pain AFTER you eat is most common w/gall bladder problems (especially if nauseated or pain radiates to shoulder/back) gastritis&esophagitis (rawness of the tissue in the stomach/esophagus). Fat and protein cause gall bladder & stomach acid to rev up. If the symptoms aren't too bad, try some Zantac (ranitidine) twice a day and eat lightly. See MD if it persists more than 2 weeks. To ER if worse.
