Heartburn: The joining point of your swallow tube to the stomach is located just in back of the heart & slightly left of the center of your chest. Brief squeezing pain would be likely if you have a little back wash/leaking of stomach acid while the stomach squeezes your meal. Antacid tablets could provide some rapid relief.
