What to do if i was given urinalysis results, would they be able to identify the condition?

Depends on condition: Urine tests can identify some issues like urinary infection but need to be interpreted along with rest of the health issues. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
