Elevated but...?: Your total cholesterol is elevated but that's not enough information to determine if it's a risk for you. What was you LDL and HDL (if you have a high HDL, it mitigates the high TC). What are your other risks? Do you have known heart disease? Diabetes? Smoker? Bad family history? HTN? -- all are factors.

AAAAAAHHH...: That is really high, actually. Granted, the profile will be more telling than the total - LDL, HDL and triglycerides - but there's likely a large component of bad cholesterol in there. You need to get some medication.
