Eat right, not more.: For fat loss, it's important to eat right. Look to cut the fat in your food choices and in food preparation. Find high fiber foods which will keep you full longer, thereby letting you get away with eating a bit less during the day. Complex carbohydrates and lean proteins. No frying - grill, bake, broil, boil.
