A member asked:

Endometrial mass- report says it could be polyps, what to to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exam/biopsy: If uterine lining is abnormally thick, hysteroscopic exam can be performed where your MD looks into the uterus and the abnormal tissue is sampled. If the 'mass' is polyps or something else can be determined after the tissue is examined under microscope by a pathologist.
