Cannot say: in your particular case without directly examining and stone, other structural problem, interstitial cystitis, infection with non-bacterial germ (parasites like Schistosomiasis), or plain old cystitis IF you took the antibiotic BEFORE testing for the infection, the test will come out clean and the antibiotics can work but the pain stays until area healed up (1-5 days past germs being gone).
