See a forest?: Trees. Stress from relations. Stress from work. Overexertion. Lack of sleep. No longer young. Even if your hormones were not changing, which they are, you have enough reasons to feel somewhat less than perky. If not now, in a very few years you will stop ovulating. Your doctor can do lab work and offer HRT if you want that option. It has risks, but some do choose it. Counseling is an option too.

Not necessarily : Life can be stressful at any stage of life. Consult a gynecologist . If it is not related to menopause then consult a clinical psychologist for help with the stress.
