Sometimes normal: Everyone feels a bit stressed at some points in their life. Depression becomes a concern when it is unremitting or interfering with your daily activities. A better solution is to ask yourself how you deal with these feelings. Depression sometimes responds to changes in exercise, diet and social habits. In other cases, medication may help. Speak with your doctor about these concerns.
