Depression burnout: See a mental health professional. Have your family doctor rule out physical causes. Definitely get into psychotherapy. Look at where the stress is coming from iin your life and work with the therapist to find ways to eliminate it or learn better how to cope with it. Utilize your social supports and if there are too few of them, consider a faith community that believes in an all- loving god.
