Many options: Counseling (esp. Cognitive behavioral therapy), self-treatment called EFT can help (http://www.eftuniverse.com/). Many herbs help, including tulsi (holy basil),ashwagandha, passionflower,CBD; Magnesium and B vitamins often help, as can L-tryptophan and l-theanine. Homeopathy and Bach flowers can help. Avoid sugar, caffeine, GMO's and unhealthy foods. Exercise can be very helpful, as is meditation.
