Good nutrition: Good nutrition includes eating real (not processed) foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats (omega 3's, monounsaturated, etc) -- and leaving behind sugars and artificial sweeteners. Whole grains if your body tolerates them. Complex rather than simple carbohydrates. Beyond this, you need to consult with a nutritionist who can look at your individual lifestyle. Be well.
