The standard reply: Is to eat better and get more excercise. Other issues cause fatigue, heavy bleeding with anemia, thyroid problems and other more rare issues. When someone has recurrent fatigue i always ask about insomnia, stress, worry, sadness, physical pain. The reason is that anxiety and mood problems are highly prevalent and if affected u may feel guilty that u r not excercising. Gdluc, get seen if down.

Healthy lifestyle: Priority is to improve on physical and emotional health. 3-4 well balance meals. Minimize fats, sugars, starch. Water main fluid, avoid sugary drinks. Minimize caffeine, alcohol. Don’t smoke or use unnecessary drugs. Keep regular sleep schedule, 8-10 hours. Exercise daily at least 30 minutes of cardio with 20 minutes of light resistance. Stay socially activity, positive attitude.
