I feed baby every 2 to 3 hour.drinks lots water.my weight remaining constant 60 kg since the birth of baby and now he is 3 months.still my breastmilk is low and my baby often cries at breast.is there any safe medicine to increase and maintain milk?

Infants born at term gains weight 1.5-2.0 lbs per months. If your infant's weight is in expected range, you are very likely producing enough breast milk. I would rather recommend to add infant formula as supplement if you truly are not producing enough milk. Contrary to general belief, every mother does not produce enough milk.
