If your symptoms are: severe - at least consider being seen for psychotropic medications. I will start w a deep breathing exercise that you can do if you are becoming anxious or irritable. Breath in deeply & slowly through the nostrils. Hold air in lungs for a 5 count before slowly exhaling through an open mouth. Repeat until you are calmer. Focus on your breathing not what is making you upset. Getting physical through.
