A member asked:

How long does it take before you could exercise from muscle stain in the hamstring and what could be applied to it can it be wrapped?

Depends...: The length of recovery depends on the severity of the injury. Usually muscle strains heal within 6 weeks but could take longer if severe. A good rule of thumb on return to activity is to go slow and monitor your pain. Let your symptoms control your level of exercise. If it hurts your muscle is not ready for that activity.
