Needs evaluation: He needs further evaluation if either of these enzyme levels is manifold times the upper normal level, which is true with alt in his case. The main question about alcohol is how much he's had over weeks, months and years. There are numerous potential causes of elevated liver enzymes. Whether your husband's is caused by a long-term condition that needs treatment needs to be found out.

Minor: Increase alt means liver damage. At those levels there is no need to worried, but it needs to be followed in a couple of weeks. Certainly there is some minor liver damage, could have being the alcohol or could be something else.
