Get 2nd opinion: Osteoarthritis that requires knee replacement in a 35 yr. Old is rare.I would seek a 2nd opinion and bring your last arthroscopic photos w/ you when you go. See an experienced board certified ors w/ knee sub specialty training.Other options may include weight loss, nsaids, 'synvisc' injection(s), cartilage transplantation, ostetomy, etc. Etc. Best of luck !
