Not neurological: Given the info. I can see in your demographics, meds you're taking, ; other conditions you've listed the most likely diagnosis is of a non-neurological nature (i.e. Not stroke, alzheimer's, seizures, tumor, etc.). But, it would not be unreasonable to get a good neurologist to look at you if not improving despite medications you've already been prescribed. Other things could be examined.
